These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game Cult of Coin (the "App"), operated by Made by Skows LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Cult of Coin is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
- Exploit or interfere with the App's functionality or systems
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
2. No Accounts Required
Cult of Coin does not require account creation or login.
All gameplay progress is stored locally on your device.
If the App is uninstalled or local data is deleted, progress may be permanently lost.
3. In-App Purchases
Cult of Coin offers optional in-app purchases, including:
- A Remove Ads non-consumable purchase
- Consumable purchases for in-game currency ("Faith")
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
We do not manage or store payment information.
Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
4. Advertisements & Rewards
The App may display advertisements, including optional rewarded video ads.
Rewarded ads are optional and may provide in-game bonuses.
If an ad is unavailable or cannot be completed (for example, while offline), rewards may not be granted.
We do not guarantee the availability of advertisements or ad-based rewards.
5. Updates & Changes
We may update the App from time to time to:
- Add or remove features
- Fix bugs
- Adjust balance or progression
- Improve performance or compatibility
These updates may alter gameplay, progression, or previously available features.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in Cult of Coin — including but not limited to:
- Game design
- Code
- Visual assets
- Audio
- Text
is owned by Made by Skows LLC or used under appropriate licenses.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cult of Coin is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no guarantees that:
- The App will be error-free
- The App will always be available
- Gameplay data will never be lost
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made by Skows LLC shall not be liable for:
- Loss of gameplay progress
- Loss of in-game currency
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Issues caused by third-party services (Apple, Google, AdMob)
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
