We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any data associated with your use of Song of the Day.
How to Delete Your Account
Song of the Day allows users to permanently delete their account and associated data directly from within the app.
To delete your account:
- Open the Song of the Day app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Select Delete Account and confirm
Once confirmed, your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
Data That Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is removed:
- Your user account and profile
- Your posts and shared song cards
- Your friend connections
- Any private song recommendations
Data Retention
Song of the Day does not retain personal data after account deletion, except where required by law. Any temporary backups are removed within 30 days.
